In the next few weeks The Homesearch website will be showing information on low cost Shared Ownership housing and how to apply for it. A new option will be available on the property search tab where the full details of shared ownership properties to buy will be shown and contact details of the Housing Providers. Additionally you will be able to show that you are interested in this type of housing when you update your application form.

In the last month over 500 Homesearch applications were closed due to inactivity. You have to renew your application annually. An on-line message will tell you when your application has to be renewed. When you receive this message you must renew to avoid having your application closed.
