I am in need of a bigger property due to having 5 children one of which has additional needs so needs his own room. I am looking for a 3 bed with either two living rooms or a dining room alternatively a 4 bedroom property. Ideally it needs to have a garden at the back. Also a parking area or space would prefer two toilets but would consider one. Also preferably a short walk to a bus route. The property i am in is in a remote village meaning ideally you need to be a driver although there is the bookable west link bus and a community bus but no regular bus. It is quite a small 3 bedroom property maybe ideal for someone with 2 or 3 children or a group of adults that live together. It has a very large back garden and small front garden the play park is a two minute walk out of the back garden it is a quiet area the house most likely needs some maintainence but we are in the process of decorating and making it as good as we can. I will consider areas that are not on my list. Please only enquire if you can offer a bigger property as ive stated above if it is 3 bed it needs to have a dining room that can be used as a bedroom..
