Following our recent upgrade there are additional questions in your Homesearch application that need to be answered to keep it 'Live'. 

Please login using your login reference number and your memorable date (usually your date of birth) and go to the 'My social housing' tab on the left hand side of the page.  You will also need to add your National Insurance number if we do not already have it.

You are also able to update your application with any changes of circumstances and change of address yourself online by logging in as above.

Bath & North East Somerset Council’s choice based approach to allocating social housing.

At present there are more than 11,000 applications waiting on the Homesearch register. We are only able to advertise approximately 600 properties per year.

Homesearch aims to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week in a weekly advertising cycle.  We will also display lettings results.

You must then tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as registering an interest. You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto our housing register.

• Apply  for a property (please bear in mind that applications that are incomplete will be deleted after a period of 1 month).

View results  of previous lettings

See where the social housing properties are in the Bath and North East Somerset area in the 'What & Where guide'.  The guide tells you how many properties of each type there are in each area and how many we were able to advertise in the last year.
